Apparently the new manager will only have a budget of £50m this summer. They won't be able to change much with that given the way that transfer fees have gone out of control.

They will find it harder to attract players the longer they are out of the Champions League. Oil, Lacazette and Aubamayeng hopefully will start throwing strops saying Arsenal don't match their ambitions.

Arsenal are the least offensive out of the London clubs but it's good to see other clubs in crisis for a change after years of it being us.

The FA are selling Wembley Stadium to the Fulham owner so he can use it more often for American Football.

I wonder what they’ll do with the money?

Spend on it on grass roots football so we can compete with the foreigners. Fat Sam and Woy to head up the program.

As much as I'd think it would be funny if Wenger won them the Europa League, then have the new manager be shite so Fam TV are begging for him back, the reality is we need to be putting space between us Arsenal and Spurs, and keeping them out of the champions league will help with that. The quality of they players they'll buy, and possibly quality of their next manager may be determined by this.

So fuck em

Plus they would take a big chunk of the available CL cash from us.

Europa winner doesn't get any of that pot, just the top 4. They'll still get performance based money just not a percentage of the countrys TV pot.

40% to league champions

30% 2nd

20% 3rd

10% 4th

They might start getting some of it once one of the other 4 are knocked out though.

Mesut Ozil is absolutely smashing life.

Gets paid £300k a week, can drop endless 4/10's just as long he eventually gets a couple of assists against Stoke or West Ham & then he's back to being worshipped as the best play-maker the world has ever seen by Arsenal fans.

Only watched a small bit of it last night very early in the match a Madrid player got the ball from Ozil in a 50/50 challenge.

Ozil wanted a free kick for it and the Ref said to play on he just stood there for ages shaking his head not moving while his team are trying to score. He's one of the most overrated players in the league by a mile he never seems to turn up in big games.

Unlike a certain Big Games James. Balls of steel. And a grafter.

Pochettino has said that the FA should be embarrassed about the "Kane in Smalling's pocket" tweet at the weekend. Official Twitter accounts regularly post and then delete questionable shite so while he might have a point, the continued humourless reaction from him and Kane to the piss-taking following something they themselves started with the desperate appeal to claim a goal makes them look even more twattish.

Was probably just a Man U fan in charge of that twitter account. Pooch and Kane looking like precious little snowflakes, again.

If the FA posted something similar about one of our players after a Semi Final loss we’d be pissed off too. That’s not being precious, it shouldn’t happen. You’d expect that from Paddy Power or from your rivals Twitter account. Not from the FA.

Exactly. Can only imagine the hysteria on here if one of our players had been targeted.
