Pakistan are proper mental midgets. Marsh dropped at 20 and with Smith the wicket keeper didn't dive and the slip was too deep and its just didn't carry. After that it was them feeling sorry for themselves as the put up 96 and 50. As soon as the clouds shifted it was easy going

India with a collapse even England would have been proud of. Rolled South Africa for 55, then got themselves 153-4 with Kohli and Rahul in, grind their way to 300 and win by an innings.

11 balls later, all out for 153.

That was Day 1 of a Test match, with both sides having completed an innings. Spectacular of India in particular to end on 153, losing their last 6 wickets for 0 in only 2 overs! The Saffers have 7 wickets in hand in their 2nd innings, yet still trail by 36 runs at the close.

On holiday in Perth and we watched Perth v Melbourne. My wife, who I'm trying to get interested in cricket, asked 'why do England pick Zak Crawley'? I could not give her an answer other than he hit a big score a few years ago.

I doubt it was anything to do with his father being a multi-millionaire trader and Zak going to Tonbridge private school.
