So as you do I thought I would poke it with a screwdriver, Grrrr.

The latch then rolled over and is in the closed position. The door is open but the latch is closed.

Any ideas on how you reopen the latch.

We've got kitchens in work for people to microwave their own food.  On one floor, there's been a persistent sweaty, cheesy smell hanging around for the last few days.

 

I can't help thinking that RiS has been fucking the white goods in our office, too.

Mine doesn't smell of spunk but it's fucked. It makes a whirring noise when starting up and that's it. It doesn't drain or fill up. Had it out, cleaned the filters, the hose, etc but nothing.

 

Should I get a dishwasher lover in to give it some tender care?!
