Not sure why the slotta didn't slot that and in my eyes a very soft pen(albeit Newcastle deserve no benefit of the doubt given their antics).

Ahh 89th minute so now Mancthony can start giving them yellows for their first offences.

Neville knows plenty about the game, which is why he’s changed his tune from the usual false praise.

He’s petrified we’ll win the title.

He should just log on here and read all the bedwetters constantly giving reasons why we’ll fall short.

Taylor has been a fucking nightmare tonight

Don't think he's been biased, but he's been poor. Hasn't made it easy for himself with his selective views on yellow cards.

Sky are pathetic, narrative-setting cunts. Neville on comma trying to set out a cheating agenda, ably helped by little puppy Carragher. Followed by the constant cuts to Klopp trying to make out he’s nuts.

100%. I think the camera has looked at Howe once this half. It's constantly scrutinising Klopp.

It's just an accumulation of decisions, basically every 50/50 went their way. It happens so much at Anfield, the refs are determined not to be intimidated and end up giving everything against us.

Ant & Dec, Tony Blair, Chris Eubank, Brian Blessed, Gabby Logan, SKY football, Malcolm Macdonald, Kevin Keegan, Sir Bobby Robson’s Ghost, Kevin D, Creator Supreme - your boys took a hell of a beating. A HELL of a beating.

Yeah - he never quite got there did he? Club level especially.

I remember Maldini saying he couldn’t deal with him in a friendly during his early days here

Exactly. He really had all the talent necessary but his in-game IQ wasn't always good enough when playing with us. Hard to say what went wrong exactly but I suspect it had to do with the kind of football we played during his time here. I don't remember too much about Houllier's era but Rafa was obviously a defense first manager so maybe it would've been different otherwise.
