Yep. Luckily I cooked this under a grill. For about 5-6 minutes each side.

I like how you’ve cut through the hash brown to make sure it’s cooked through but at the same time are fine with raw bacon. Not to mention serving it all up on a side plate to save you 0.2 seconds in washing up time.
