Id say you need to contact the club then. I havent had the issue of absolutely no QR code etc.

I struggled to figure out that side of it too.

 

I take it you added your son/daughters member no. to your account? Once I had done that there was a drop down menu at the stage where you choose the type of ticket. I had to select my name and add an adult ticket, then chose my son from the drop down and added a child ticket.

On the QR issues, my Dad contacted the club.

 

Apparently it’s no longer a requirement to have a QR code behind your NFC pass. So unless I distribute to F&F or sell to LFC via the Ticket Exchange (which you can’t for cup games)  I can’t pass on.
 

It is what it is, bit annoying it’s not the same for all, I’ve lost £55 not being able to go to Napoli & Derby where somebody else with a QR could have passed on. 
 

Looks like they are Phasing out the QR codes.

I think it's because people have been getting around the system by using them on printouts and screenshots.

I got 1 game out 10 applied for over the two ballots.

 

Should be better next season with the extended Anny Rd.

Any issues I’ve had have been fixed by clicking on the three dots, then switching automatic updates off, then on again.

They have to cap new membership sales, or at least tell you what the rough odds will be before you've signed up.

The QR code is gone. I had same for the same matches. Must be to stop people whatsapping it

Agreed. The whole system is a complete scam. 

 

New members have a 1 in 25 chance of getting a ticket for a home game against Forest, Brentford and Fulham. There has a to a more transparent and equitable way of handling ticket sales.

I think the losing credits from redistributed members thing is a pre-cursor to doing to season tickets. They know the root cause of the problem is season tickets never moving and never changing hands.

Seems like the credit barrier is back in force, will have to see if the Annie road end makes it feel any more likely but otherwise struggling to see the value in a membership. Even at the cheap option.

There is no value with no credits, it's why sales should be capped and the ratio chance shown clearly. Also an option to a refund if you don't get any tickets after application.

Absolute shambles, they have basically introduced a couple of extra games income with this scheme.
