Why can't the Pope, the Archbishop of Canterbury and other religious figures stop asking questions, keep quiet and leave political issues to the politicians who've brought the world so much peace and posterity?

You’d think he be too busy covering up all the kids getting raped to bother.

Over ruled.  It’s a clear appeal to authority.  He’s the pope how does that qualify him to talk about anything else other than sky fairies, deceiving people, protecting paedos and pontificating on charity despite having the wealth of a country?

The Ukrainians have claimed to incepted a call between a Russian soldier and his mum.  If true he talks about torture chambers, skinning peoples hands and dick, beating an old man to death and a delightful torture where barbed wire is introduced into the anus via a tube.  Fucking NATO.

The fuck? I would usually give credit for thinking up something so painful, but ill sit on the fence on this occasion.

The pope is spot on when he lambasts the arms manufacturers for using Ukraine to make money.

Ukraine is becoming the new PPE, we go outside on Thursday night and clap to show our support for the NHS/Ukraine whilst they make lots and lots of money out of other people's misery.

A man believing he is Jesus' representative on Earth, direct successor to Saint Peter - he of gates in Heaven fame - might not be the person you want when seeking out a realistic view on geopolitics.

Thats just his beliefs. The Pope is both well travelled and well read.

A game show host who believed their was a possibility injecting bleach may cure Covid was recently President of the United States. I'd take the weight of the popes veiws over the world's current crop of politicians tbh and im not religious.

Negged for disrespecting The Donald.

Putin wouldn’t have invaded Ukraine on his watch. There’s mutual respect between the two great men.

If not his beliefs, what are the things he's saying about Ukraine and NATO? Given what we know about his beliefs, why should they be given any credibility at all, especially when it's something as unbelievably fucking stupid as blaming it on NATO?

You wouldn't get far in the world of politics in the most powerful nation on earth if you were unwilling to put your hand on the bible.

Okay, thanks for that. Now, what about the question I asked?

I thought the answer was contained in my reply, if your  point is holding religious beliefs bars you from making decisions regarding politics then look away from countries like America, Iran, Saudi, Pakistan, India etc because you'll struggle in an awful lot of countries if you do not believe in the tooth fairy.

He'd have sent American troops to help the Russians, especially after the Ukranians refused to provide him with any intel they had on Biden.

We’ll see. Trump 2024 is happening whether people like it or not. Here he is wielding his power right now.

I asked you, if not a belief then what are his views on NATO/Ukraine etc?
