In all seriousness, Mbappe will never happen - even if he does like us on a personal level. Dembele is more realistic and his two footedness would allow us to play him in Mane's or Salah's position so he'd provide good cover for both.

He'd want about £400k a week too and to play at Real Madrid but apart from that I reckon it's a cert.

 

I think we definitely would have been interested when he was leaving Monaco, maybe even at the massive fee it took to get him because it's an investment that would be doubled in 3 years time.

 

I reckon we'd take the same attitude if Dembele became available but only at a considerably smaller fee than Barca paid.
