Yup, I wouldn't be suprised at all if a decent chunk of their commercial deals outside of the direct agreements with UAE based firms have had certain 'inducements' attached to them. I note that alot of other journalists make consistent reference to the capability of City's commercial teams, which may be an allusion to something or an attempt to cover themselves legally.
