Who is this viktor fag fella? I'd never heard of him before we tried to sign Teixeira and now he's posted on here a dozen tomes a day.

He's just this guy who tweets quotes of articles from all the different journos. It's very convenient. He's not ITK he just relays the information.

Seems a few of the main journalists are coming out with stories identifying our potential summer business.

Part of me wonders is it some sort of pr offensive leaked by the club to placate the fans when the texeira deal eventually fails to materialize.

But then the names being mentioned are hardly going to pitch anyone's tent so Christ knows what's going on.

Watford are on the verge of signing La Liga winning and Champions League finalist Mario Suarez. We on the other hand have signed one 19 year old Serbian youth player since FSG got their supposed "dream" manager through the door.

We signed him and sent him back on loan. That was apparently our priority...

Unless the club gets rid of the parasitic structure of the committee and fraudsters like Gordon, we'll be hovering around 8th place forever. Nothing makes sense .

It didn't make sense spending 100m with a departing fraudster manager in charge in the summer and it didn't make sense hiring Klopp and then not giving him the funds to improve and build his own team.

There is no future under the current criminal regime.

Without trawling through this thread and giving unnecessary hits to the papers websites who have we been linked with?

BREAKING : Shakhtar CEO Palkin "We will sell Alex Teixeira in summer. If you want him now then pay 70 Mio €" terrikon.com/posts/239145

A google translated version of the article.

Sergiy Palkin: Teixeira will sell at the end of the season. Or let 70 million!

General Director of "Shakhtar" Sergei Palkin put an end to the question about the transfer of Alex Teixeira in "Liverpool".

- They stopped in the amount of 32 million euros and 4 million bonus - said Palkin channel "Football 1". - This is the last number that was announced. Our position is that we do not want to sell Teixeira today.

We will sell it only at the end of the season. We need to show serious results in the Europa League and the Championship of Ukraine. At the end of the season we will sit down at the negotiating table.

In Teixeira has compensation in the contract price - 70 million euros. Please, if someone pulls - let him come and declare itself.

- Is there a factor Jurgen Klopp?

- I am sure that without the consent of Klopp it would "Liverpool" was discussed. He wants to see Teixeira, in a personal conversation with "Liverpool" it was also announced.

- What is the position Mircea Lucescu?

- He wants Teixeira remained until the end of the season. Very serious problems are, we need to carry them out. We must adhere to a common goal.

If - as is looking certain now - the Teixeira deal fails to materialise and he remains at Shakhtar until the summer, it would be just like LFC to not bother following up in the summer and move on to other targets instead. Our committee supposedly identifies the 'right player' but when they fail to complete the deal, they move away completely even when that player is still available and hasn't joined another club. If it's felt that a certain player is the right player, then that should remain the case until we either conclude a deal or the player moves elsewhere. If he stays put and then we don't bother approaching again, we just look ridiculous. It's infuriating for our fans and well worthy of piss-taking from fans of other clubs.
