So just to clarify,do you need to mess around with your dish(if you already have a dish fitted)when you buy one of these things or not?

No you don't need to touch the dish. We paid £300 for 2 skybox f5s and someone my dad knows came out and set it up don't know how long we have got I.e. 12 or 24 months. Occasionally you need to upload a new channel list cause sky move the channels round once every couple of months. What has also happened in the last week is the movie channels have lost their signal at about 9:30pm but that is apparently a server issue. You get Setanta Ireland so you get 3 pm Saturday kicks offs and if your provider has purchased them you also get the PPV boxing. No sky channels are in HD but BT are. It's a pain cause you can't record on it and occasionally the picture will go scrambled but it's a very good deal.

IPTV is the way to go if you want all the foreign channels but don't want a big dish on your house
