This is simply embarrasing and depressing. No movement, no urgency, no penetration. No one to hold up the ball.

 

It`s friightening to see just how poor we are. Off course it`s diificult when the game plan goes out of the window after 3 minutes after yet another moment of Kuyt magic. He had quite a few of those assists last season as well. At least he is consistent.

 

I just cant see any plans when we are going forward. Every player looks absolutely lost, and have no idea what to do.

 

N`gog has just got to go off... Babel should get on. He is inconsistent, but at least he has pace and strenght and can produce a moment of magic on his own. That is what we can hope for...or that Pepe save us in a penalty shootout, cos we are not creating anything that looks remotely close to being in the same galaxy as something close to a half chance.

 

I was told Roy had these man management skills that would take us up a level this season. Well, it`s about time you start dishing them out Roy, because in all matches so far this season we havent looked prepared or ready for kick off.

Kuyt and Fabio have looked like they're playing as centre-mids for most of the game. Every time Lucas, Poulsen, Cole or NGog get it there is nobody to hit out wide but acres of space out there. This is the same problem we had against City and I'm baffled as to why it isn't being rectified.

 

It's bizarre that. One switch of play and an uncontested pass out to their wide player and they are behind our midfield and on our back 4.

The club should care - it needs the money and it has a great reputation to defend.

 

The foreign players will certainly care about it - do you think they'd prefer a few games in a domestic cup competition?

 

And the fans should care about it. Since when have we be in a position to pick and choose? How fecking deluded are we these days?

 

 

Exactly how I feel as well.

 

I'd also like to add, that even if the manager feels a game/tournament is not a priority, and decides to field a lower strength team, that team should still be set up for a chance at success.

 

We might yet pull this one out, but we haven't played well at all.

Maybe if he had some TRANSFER FUNDS things would be better. It's not all his fault.

 

to do what with exactly?! sign Konchesky, Dempsey, Murphy or some unkown Scandanavian playmaker.

 

I like the guy, but hes out of his depth at a club of this stature.
