This isn't as tough as picking the best Italian keeper.  Traditionally, Brazilian keepers weren't great because they didn't have to be.  It's a bit of an anomaly that they now have two top ones.

Absolutely love Ali, but I've gone for Gilmar as he was also deemed to be world class back in the day, a safe pair of hands in a decades long era of generally erratic Brazilian goalkeepers. He's the only goalkeeper to win World Cups back to back.
