City will do what they've threatened to do all along and try and bankrupt UEFA with legal costs. It's what they said theyd do from day one. Just out of spite. They've never once said they are innocent just complained at the way the investigation was done and that files have been stolen.

They'll get this overturned. Bad news for us domestically next year though

Not really if it sticks. Aguero a year older, Silva off anyway, Sterling will be on at his agent for a move abroad as he reaches his peak years. De Bruyne and a few others might want to be off and who are they gonna sign at a top level?

It won't stick though.

Why?

If they have no European games they'll be all in on the league and we have seen what a season without Europe can do for us in the past. They'll have a week's rest and 15 less games to worry about. Unless they go full rebuild they'll be very strong domestically.

From Bluemoon...

I will be going and will boo that shitty fucking jingle louder than usual.
We need the club to stand up and fight these bent bastards with everything we have..fight and never give in..bankrupt them if necessary.’

It is genuinely fascinating, from an academic standpoint, the level of cognitive dissonance on display.

They literally have no perspective, even lesser a clue.

Won’t do them any good at all if we keep playing the way we are.

It may also trigger their managers and best players to leave!

We should put a bid in for De Bruyne in the summer?

Can't see this happening. Unlike PSG, City have tried to build good PR, avoided world record fees, not complained over things like our supposed "hacking" etc.

They want to be accepted as belonging at the top table; they face a clear choice now. Either take the beating and be seen to have done your time - a la Juve - or kick and squeal and highlight the sportswashing exercise and the culture behind it for what it is.

I wouldn't be shocked to see them barter it down to one season, but taking on UEFA in such a brazen manner would be a radical change of approach.
