Can I just say I fucking love Amazon, even though they are known tax dodgers.

 

Love the fact that I can order in the morning and get my order the same day.

 

Their logistics can be iffy mainly due to the drivers that they employ, as I've had deliveries screwed up a few times, but I get well compensated with free items, month extension to my Prime. I've had my membership extended so many times, it probably expires in 2050.

 

Love their GPS tracking system when an order is close by.

 

Their customer service is unrivalled. Returned any faulty items even out of warranty for refunds or replaced. Even for market place orders when it's not their products.

 

In summary, I love you Amazon and being a Prime member rocks.

Bought quite a few things off Amazon USA in the past year. They have an annoying habit of putting collectible action figures in jiffy bags, so the boxes often get bashed up. But whenever I've contacted them after it's happened they've given me a full refund and let me keep the figure. Can't really complain about that, although I feel it'd make economic sense to just send it in a cardboard box in the first place.
