Unless we can replace him with those three and Keita, and play with 14 men, it's a no from me.

I would not do it. The idea is to build the best team you can, and usually that doesn't happen when you let go of your better/best players. I don't see any reason why we couldn't keep Coutinho and at least get VVD from usual funds anyway.

 

With that said, I would be tempted to sell Coutinho if it meant VVD, Keita and one other good player, say another winger to compete with Mane and Salah. We would be stronger overall at that point, but that wasn't the offer in the opening post!
