Ironically, Thuram or Kone would make more sense now if we don't want a "specialist 6" than when we were actually linked with them. The interest must be over now though, you would think.

Thuram has all the physical attributes, and some minutes proving his ability against top opposition, to develop into a very good 6 over the next year or so while also contributing further forward.

 

All we've heard is how enamoured Klopp is with Gravenberch all summer though and the reports just won't go away so it could be him or bust.
