Whoppers like me? I don’t talk about those things with my mates, that’s why I jokingly said he needed new mates.

Go and pick a fight with someone else.

Anyone going off at the deep end about the virus (either side) would soon get told to get to fuck in the pub. Complete and utter bores.

I think he needs to pick a fight with @The-Sir

There can be only one.

Throughout the pandemic, I've generally put my mask on when going to the toilet at the pub, and often when going up to the bar (although less so more recently).

Just seem like obvious situations where transmission could happen.

I think that was a sound idea and was aimed at when we were all static in pubs sat down with table service. If you remain in one place and have covid there is likely to be a bubble of air around you almost like if something was smoking on your table. So as people walk through, they're protected by their mask from that "cloud". I don't quite know how that works when we're allowed to stand and sit where we want in the bar and go the bar etc. I'm surprised they haven't brought that table service only thing back to be honest.

Plus, I've seen a few people saying that they'll boycott places that bring in the Covid pass. That's good news. You can go for a fun night out now with a reduced chance of people boring the arse of you by talking about Ivermectin, the plandemic, Bill Gates and the New World Order.

I've seen people sharing a thing saying that the Covid pass requirements can be worked around by telling the door staff etc that you're "exempt" from using the Covid pass and that they can't ask you why because this would be a breach of discrimination laws. I'm not entirely sure how they've worked that one out?

That was the case for masks as you don't need to declare your medical history. I don't expect that holds up the same with this though, as condition of admission is show your pass. But obviously I could be wrong with that.

Why do you need to wear a mask in the shops but not in a club? Is there some scientific study that shows you're at maximum danger looking for some Crunchy Nut Cornflakes but none whatsoever when you're grinding on some random bird in a sweaty nightclub?

Mixing with and being around people, especially indoors, is a problem, isn’t it. Most people are prepared to wear a mask whilst shopping, but very few, if any, would bother going to a nightclub, if they had to wear a mask the entire time.

I think that the people who have started saying/sharing it have misinterpreted/misunderstood the Covid pass and might think that it applies to vaccines only. They might not know that a negative LFT will be sufficient and are talking about exemption from taking the vaccine.

Similar here in Ireland, they will start administering them early next year. I guess it is an EU thing from EMA that clears the vaccine.

I thought all the daft cunts were gonna fuck off to the colander thread and leave this one to the normal ones?

My Grandkids have all had some sort of bug, with the youngest (3) having to have a PCR last Friday to be able to go to nursery this week which was thankfully negative.

I Started feeling a bit iffy last weekend, negative LFT's on Sunday and Tuesday but constant headache, gravelly throat, a horrible dry cough and pains behind the shoulder blades.

GP prescribed antibiotics and steroids and told me to take a PCR which was sent off today. * Crosses fingers.

Me and the family (minus the lad and the dog) are due to go to Edinburgh for new year. We were meant to go last year and had to cancel.

Anybody reckon same shit is going to happen this year too? I mean if we can't go we can't go but I'll be well pissed off.

I reached the point a long time ago where I make my own rules up. If you can go to Scotland and stay safe and keep others safe then don't let some cunt tell you otherwise.

Just found out I’m eligible for this. Won’t take it if I get COVID because Big Pharma produced it.

Thanks for posting that link mate, it seems I'm eligible for it too.

Hopefully it won't be needed, but if it is, thumbs up to Big Pharma.

Does that mean that us spazzes should get Covid purposely, fight it off easily with the new megadrugs and then be totally immune?

What time do the pubs shut?
