he was brilliant today.  The goal he scored - he wasn't even favourite to get to the ball first when it was lumped approximately in his direction.  Best individual goal I've seen for us since Suarez.

 

Yeah, that goal - the close control, the working his way out of a tight space, the wrong-foot finish taken in stride - gives me hope that he might be able to be a difference maker in the games against deep defences with no interest in giving him much room to run into.
