Not to anyone that is even mildly informed on the state of the current economic and political systems.

 

It would genuinely be more surprising to me if he didn't have money offshore.

If he has £2m offshore, his position as Prime Minister, given previous pronouncements, is untenable. Hell, he's been looking a little shaky based on the truly pitiful amounts he's already been revealed to have.

 

If it existed, one would have expected one of his enemies, of whom he has oodles, to have revealed its existence by now.

No more likely than them revealing the other things the panama papers have revealed any sooner. How many of his enemies would know, and not be damaging themselves?

 

All in the timing too. He's a dead man walking now, so he's far more likely to have people trying to get a win-lose over him as his power fades.

 

I think you'll see that most of his enemies will be thinking very carefully how much the go at him over anything regarding financial shadiness. For good self-interested reasons.
