We have just got to hope he is given time and money to turn things around, £100m+ spent in the summer on overpriced shit would be just fantastic, to include a new defence. everyone knows it takes time to form a good central defensive partnership add new full back to that as well and we would be in for a good ride.

when you consider that at best a manager will get 50% of transfers right and even the good ones will take time to settle into a side that is in transition, i could really see them taking the same path as we did in the early 90's, changing lots of players, changing managers.

I beleive this is going to be an enjoyable 2-3 years (before they eventually sack him).

In years to come we will look back and savour these moments. The time when Manchester Utd

had a Gibbon called Dave for a manager and called him the "Chosen One". A time when they were losing more games than they were winning and they were turning on each other like rats in a sack. A time when the Old Farts grip on game was finally broken and the sun finally broke through the clouds and shone down  on the "Theatre of Dreams " ... Our dreams.

Dave we salute you.

regardless of what they spend I expect michael keane to get loads of game time next season as moyes seeks a new januzaj. He's a decent talent but he'll be under pressure to be duncan edwards 2.

"The support Moyes enjoys from the Glazers is based on the depth and detail with which he has restructured the club."

Just that one sentence had me in stitches.

He replaced Mike Phelan with Phil Neville and as I understand it regularly uses an iPad. I can't see what more he could have done?

Rather apt as bunkers tend to be where failed leaders and generals end their days, usually by suicide.

It is getting to be pistol with a single bullet time, isn't it? I get the feeling that none of them believe they will go against Olympiakos, extending his time a bit.
