Just been on their stadium thread and they say it will cost them £22m a year for 25 years to pay back the council the £280m loan. They will then need to borrow a further £220m at commercial rates so presumably at least another £23m a year. Where the hell are they going to get £45m a year from whilst keeping up with rising transfer fees and salaries?

Exactly. They are fucked if it goes ahead. When Arsenal moved stadium they were competitive and had a manager who didn't like spending money on top of them selling their best players each year.
