Hopefully the energy and creativity we have in midfield this season will mean an end to us gifting relegation fodder one of the three wins they manage before going down in March. We'll have a few scares from set pieces, but if we're on it, and professional, we should run out comfortable winners. Last thing we need to do is give a shit team encouragement with a half arsed performance.

I'm expecting this to be a scrap like the game in midweek.

I've watched Luton a few times this season. They don't look great but they're committed and that pitch could be bad after the weather this week.

We'll win if we turn up but if the effort is off it's a banana skin. Nobody has gone there and won by more than a goal so far.

I hope we start really slowly, barely looking interested, concede a sloppy goal then start playing about 25 minutes in.

It would be nice if we can look shocked at a high ball and flick on down our right side too.

I remember these making me cry by beating us on their plastic pitch. Anyone know what year that was?

Just get them beat

A Liverpool video I had as a kid involved John Barnes being booed at their place on that pitch.  They shall not be forgiven. Ever.

Weather forecast for 4.30 tomorrow in Luton is ok. Very little wind and no rain. Hopefully the pitch is ok.

Top meteorological system analysis.

Just remembered that the most inappropriately named footballer ever, Marvellous Nakamba, plays for this clown outfit. Going forward we cannot, under any circumstances, lose to any team with Marvellous Nakamba in it.

Is he on a long goalscoring drought?

I have an irrational (or maybe not) hatred for Luton. Probably stems from the wank plastic pitch, and the league cup semi final loss.

In no particular order, I hate United, City, Everton, Leeds, and Chelsea more, but then it’s Luton.

Smash the hat wearing bastards.

Ad Coventry to that list please !
