Away and Third Kits

We've had some class ones through the years, but since the bullshit frenzy started in 1992, they've mostly been either forgettable or abhorrent.

We haven’t had a decent one since the 1996-97 away, possibly the 1997-98 away/1998-99 third.

 

 

We haven’t had really good ones since 1986-87, though I have a soft spot for the 1987-89 grey kit, as that is the last Liverpool replica shirt (Crown Paints) that I wore on a regular basis.

 

 

The 1976-79 away kit has never been bettered, in my opinion.

The white 86/87 away was my first kit. Loved it.

 

Yellow or white, plain as fuck. That's it. Keep it simple stupid!

 

The 76-79 one above is superb. Would you prefer white or black shorts with it?

Thwy should always be white with red trim for away and yellow with red trim for 3rd.

Those adidas 85-87 kits - all 3 of them are the best LFC kits in history IMO.

I still have the 1999-00 away shirt with Camara 22 printed on the back. I’ve never worn it.

Those Warrior kits were unforgivable. Quite liked some of the New Balance ones though.
