I did wonder if this would happen, Leicester should be number 1 on the list of chasing them for this tbfh.

Absolutely, they should take them to the cleaners, going down playing by the rules then having to sell all their best players.

But fuck Leicester an all the bad tory bells.

I think the timing of this next charge is a minefield for the league, much more than the previous ones. Send them down and get overturned and you're compensating ev, delay applying it and someone else gets relegated as a result and you're in trouble the other way.

Mad how they are falling into a schedule that's right up against the wire.

It wouldn't exactly be "a la what happened to the red shite", when NESV took over a team in the top third of the league, with a perfectly serviceable stadium, a global fanbase, a few top players, a recent history of winning trophies and "just" a few hundred million in debt.

Your just letting the truth get in the way of a good story

What's the advantage to buying Everton now then, they can't be cheap and you'd be buying into a league with shit loads of insanely rich clubs/owners to compete with most of whom have a giant head start.

Sleeping giant fella.

I thought the victims of Everton’s cheating decided a few months ago not to take matters further.

Think they said they would seek a compensation agreement as they wouldn't want to send them into admin.

I said, do it do it do it.

I would have thought if Leicester had a case against anyone it would be the league. They're the ones that didn't implement the rules properly and on time. Everton have cheated and been punished accordingly.

That's because Everton failed to submit their accounts and PSR calculations in time isn't it?
