Let them pass a loaded gun around and see who gets it. The one who shoots themselves was obviously unlucky and you don't want unlucky people on the Payroll.

We already used quizes etc in the past but my boss wants meetings to be a little more professional. So need something simple that i can pad out for 20 mins or so.

May i offer you a small snippet of a conversation happening between two girls in my work the other day. Girl one "ooh cant wait to get home mums making shepherds she for today, wonder if she will use lamb or beef ?". Girl 2 " oh i love shepherds pie but my mum doesnt use lamb or beef, she uses mince".

Last week I got roped into going to some design workshop thingy organised by the Royal College of Art - it started with this ice-breaker game which may be crap enough to meet your requirements. They provided several packets of dry spaghetti, licorice allsorts, and some sticky tape. The task was to 'connect everyone at the table' - basically we just used the licorice allsorts and tape to stick the spag into long sticks across the table. You can then deliver some bogus bollocks about 'communication/interdependency/networking' etc.
