The fucking moaning out of City about VAR the fucking tossers. The first handball is never a pen , the ball bounces up off his leg. The only comment to make about Utd penalty is it is amazing how it wasn't given by the actual ref it was so blatant. The Fred one is a bit more debatable but his hand was by his side and you cant go down to block with your hands behind your back

It's not a pen per the rules. Defenders are protected when they slide and have their arms there to brace their fall. If the arm is in a natural position - and it was - it's not a pen.

What's he supposed to do, not brace him fall and put his weight on his shoulder 

His arm doesn't go towards the ball at all , the gap between arm and side only happens once his arm is already down and his slide takes his body away from it.
