Roughly though, that's the sort of net spent investment we need to start winning the League and challenge for the champions League consistently for the next 4-5 season. If that happened FSG would get their investment back multiplied by 3 or 4.

 

I don't think we can win anything if let's say next year we sell Sturridge for profit and replace him with X player and subsequently sell Stirling and replace his with Y.
