In fairness, you didn't imply it at all. It just got me thinking back to the game against Pompey where he missed the penalty. You could tell how much he wanted to get off the mark, but he was superb in that game nonetheless.

PETER CROUCH played 925 minutes for liverpool apparently......one more match, then he could have gotten substitued in the last ten minutes and he would have made 1000 minutes!!thats a shame......but dont worry we'll still be able to see his head poking out of the top of portsmouths stadium on every match!

Ah Peter, shame he has gone that hatrick against arsenal was extra special for me as the girlfriend went for a cheeky gobble on me as he got the third.

 

One thing that always made me laugh was when you got a shit stream for the match Peter Crouch was the only player I could recognise, until it sorted itself out.
