Maybe so, but times have changed since then and standards in the Champions league have gotten higher.....it's stupid to say ANYONE can win it now, considering even just the top 3 or 4 english teams alone on the European stage that will usually be up for winning it.If you think anyone can get to the final even, someone like everton can do it in your opinion?THAT'S not gonna happen!Why do some people make european games out to be easier?League winners and cup winners are in this....who says they're so easy to win against? -
Seems about right......september 13th is only about 12 days away now.....not even two weeks but if Stevie and the rest of the gang are TRULY up for this game, then they'll make special efforts to get back in time and try for the win against the scum.We will need to be full strength for that of course, and hopefully Riera lives up to his potential on the left so that Babel could possibly be used elsewhere on the field, which could end up confusing the dumbass manc scum.

RANGERS 0 LIVERPOOL 4 was the final result after a cracking victory over one of the two best teams in scotland today.Fernando Torres was the first to start the scoring spree after only 23 minutes in......Does anyone know his total after scoring that one today? It was the second half before the second goal but at least it wasnt an equaliser for Rangers.....David Ngog officially scored his first goal for his new club on 57 minutes!Good for him! 3 minutes later the by now demoralised rangers suffered another setback as youssi Benayoun put in the third goal of the day on the hour mark. It was another 11 minutes later that Xabi Alonso proved he can still keep scoring for his club who had earlier wanted to sell him to bring the funds in for gareth barrys expensive purchase.Well done Xabi and well done Liverpool!Today couldnt have gone much better!
