This is Valencia's proposed new stadium. It's a bit like the emirates on acid and resembles an ashtray in a way. Definitley designed by a fruit bat - but i like it....

(Edit) I actually quite like it - it definitely holds the eye anyway. I'm not saying for us necessarily, just that it's an interesting design.

it looks awesome. That and the Munich one are the only really 'new' designs for stadia that i have seen. I dont understand why some dont like it.

 

Creating a new stadium should involve art at some level. Religion is now not what it was in centuries past and that shows by the fact that there have been no (or few) 'new' churches or cathedrals going up, and as Football is seen as a religion to many it is only right that this sort of incredible design is being put together. It makes our proposals look amatuer.

I agree 100%. The Allianz is a work of art and this one look completely ace. I would far rather have something like this than a scaled up Reebok Stadium.

Apparently there are top secret plans to move the proposed Stanley Park stadium lock stock and barrell to a site alongsde Stanley Dock as part of a Mersey Palm Tree leisure development that will transform the area. apparently.
