He's just an incredibly dull person, with an almost arrogant lack of self awareness about it. It's harsh imo because it's not his fault, that's just what he's like.

Reina was in the running for player of the season his last season here.

 

We did not swap Reina with Alisson though, we swapped him for Simon fucking Mignolet, Reina 2023 version is probably better than peak Mignolet.
