Nothing interested happened in the second half. Would’ve liked to have seen more of and from Nunez but early days still.

Bad: Phillips, Firmino, R. Williams

Klopp is well known for hammering the lads in preseason with double training sessions so they're in peak condition for when the season starts. So I'm not worried about them looking tired.

Despite the scoreline I enjoyed that. Didn't learn much, but it was good to see Elliott and Ox looking sharper, and getting a first glimpse of Carvalho and Nunez.

Presumably, the main point of going there is to strengthen the club's commercial clout in that area. So being thumped by your main rival in that area just seems a bit clumsy. It doesn't matter that much - even if LFCTV's Steve Hunter's endless insistence about that suggested it did - but it's not what most would have wanted to see.

I'd let Jurgen take the team off for a training camp and leave them alone. But I doubt fans who've been suckered into paying LFCTV to watch these games will think that was a wise investment. The players didn't look ready for more than a game within the squad.

That was under Klopp. We then lost 5-0 to Mainz or something like that.

Let's see what happens we we play the cunts next month, I suspect we'll get different result and performance.

I remember Spurs winning every single game in pre season under Juande Ramos and some of their fans talking about winning the league. They were bottom of the table after 8 games with 2 points and he was sacked!
