That's more like it, 4 cracking films worthy of semi-final status.

 

My votes go for Aliens (one of the greatest action films ever made) and Raiders of The Lost Ark (possibly the greatest family film ever, start to finish fun, and slayer of that ridiculous charlatan The Empire Strikes Back).

 

Like a breath of fresh air.

Raging Bull failing to make the semi-finals is a complete travesty.

 

Raiders of the Last Ark - I’ve never been a big fan of Indiana Jones fan, but I rewatched the films when they were on telly the other month and quite enjoyed them. 

 

Die Hard - Purely because I don’t like Aliens.

SasaS isn't that far off, most of them would be DeNiro/Scorsese efforts. I'd need to have a look at my top 10 again.

 

The four in the semis aren't really my cup of tea at all although I do think The Terminator is a good film for what it is.
