It'll be interesting to see how Wilson fits in.  I've always considered him a decent player, but not necessarily suited to our style.  Mind you, I've not seen that much of him.

I think I've made my mind up.

At least we should be able to get some sort of a price for him.

Just seen this thread. Didn’t realise we were playing these cunts again.

We aren’t. You’ve gone back in time Tony and in the process changed an impressive 3-1 victory into a defeat and a bizarre line-up choice from the manager. Thanks for nothing.

Yeah.  I fucking hate having to worry about winning things.

Then as the song goes, dont worry be happy, the league is ours again, so no biggy.

Just a shame we have some really shite back up players that should not be.

Rhys Williams did well tonight. Didn't do much wrong. I think Wilson definitely won't make it in to the first team squad. Seems way short of the required level. Curtis Jones didn't have the best game either. And, Origi, I love him for some of the goals he's scored, but he was utter pish. Don't think he ran once all night. Not even for his penalty. Getting Jota in was a wise move. Origi is just too hot and cold to be the back up option. I'd probably rather keep hold of Brewster than Origi.

It's not the end of the world as it's not a priority competition, but it would've been nice to get to the quarters and see what happened from there on in.

Oh, and short run up penalties suck arse.

Maybe if Jurgen had played Shaqiri instead of Wilson we'd be through now.

Pisses me off that Origi and Wilson are played ahead of him and we are looking to sell someone is far more useful from reserves than them two.

He’s in the process of being sold and given his injury record it wasn’t an unreasonable move.

I really don't get the apathy around here.

We're supposed to be the Champions of Everything.

Winning everything you enter should be the aim.

We haven't tried to win a domestic cup comp in years and it's shite.

I’m probably in the minority here, but I thought we played a good game against a fairly strong opponent with a good goalkeeper.

Yep. Even with a player making their first start in an unfamiliar position.
