Love Roast Dinners. Making one now.

Chicken, Roasties, Honey coated Parsnips, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peas, Carrots, Yorkshire Puds, mashed Potato and mega thick Gravy. ( I obviously won't have the chicken on mine being a veggie. )

What does everyone else have on theirs? Family recipes etc...

My gran was from Harrogate so we used to have proper Yorkshire puddings. Plate-size, full of gravy and served as a starter to fill you up so you didn't notice that you couldn't afford more than a mouthful of meat each as part of the main dinner (we could, but she still served them this way). Best bit of Sunday dinner

Roast beef, in shades of pink according to taste. The remaining half of the plate should hold potatoes, roast and mashed, and Yorkshire puddings. And a bit of cabbage if I'm on a health kick. The yorkshires should be home made, anyone who gets them out of the freezer should have a carrier bag zip tied over their head.

Beef, roasties, parsnips, cauliflower, leeks or red cabbage, carrots/turnip mashed, yorkshire pudding, horseradish. Loads of gravy, made from the juices/stock. Not fucking Bisto, only meffs have bisto.

Variations are chicken has to have stuffing with, turkey pigs in blankets, pork with the crackling, lamb with onion and mint sauce, ham with Cumberland sauce and nut roast. Haha fuck that Nut roast, not a fucking chance.
