Guys, I'd really appreciate your help here. As many of you know, my Mum has been battling stage four cancer, spreading from her breast to her skull for just over a year now. Luckily, she has been given the best treatment this has to offer (after a previous doctor simply gave her a year to live) including a specialist form of Radiotherapy known as Cyber Knife, which is pin point Radiotherapy. It isn't available on the NHS right now, and the only reason we have been lucky enough to get it is because of an amazing charity which paid most of it for us.

My Mum is fighting tooth and nail to get this treatment available on the NHS, which is actually quite cheap to perform. We've already had some support from a Labour MP and are in the process of getting press coverage.

It'd mean a lot to me if you could take two minutes to read and sign this petition Stop the South East Coast Specialist Funding Groups Blanket Ban on NHS Funding for Cyberknife Radiotherapy Now Petition

Cheers

Bump.

This is exactly the reason why we need more money put into our health service, not less.
