The top team is best but i also think there's a bit of a myth that Rafa inherited a load of shite. A defence of Finnan-Carra-Hyypia-Riise is much better than anything you can create with the signings he's made. I also dont think there's much to choose between Hamman and Mascherano.

 

Reina and Torres were brilliant signings but i dread to think where we'd have been without Gerrard. We'd have two fewer trophies for starters.
