It’s been a hell of a long time since I posted a poll, and maybe never on my phone, so I’ll probably RiS this up, but I’m looking for a quick poll of who is/isn’t getting the day off.

I assumed it would be a given unless you’re in emergency services but apparently it’s optional for businesses and ours is currently swayed towards “not” and we’ve been asked to see what our clients are doing, and I thought I’d ask you layabouts too.

We should find out today but I'm 99% certain we'll get the day off.

I've got Friday off as a holiday so a nice long weekend looking likely. I think I deserve it after how much I'm being put out at the moment living next door to Holyrood/St Giles.

Presume so.  Hopefully it's a dry day and I can fuck off on my bike for the day and ignore the world for a few hours.
I was off work last week so missed the work discussion on Teams but fuck me logging on today you'd think some of these folks knew her personally.

Ours is a weird one as we have two day shifts. Mon-Thurs and Tues-Fri.

It's usually a case of if you're on M-T and it's bank holiday, you get the Monday off but you have to work T-F as those on T-F obviously don't get the Monday off.

I'm off all next week (I'm on M-T), so I would assume my Monday off will be moved to Friday and I won't lose or gain any days.
