I was going to put this in the 'shitness of modern football' thread but half way through writing a reply it just made me annoyed.

 

It's embarrassing and a real sad sign of the times. No doubt there'll be loads of photos on the clubs twitter feed of the players arriving and the 'after party' and there'll be some trophy TV presenter hosting it all. Pity there's no actual trophies in sight though.

 

I know we did this last year but at least last season there were some outstanding performances and despite the way the season ended there was still a feel good factor about the place. This season though to have an awards ceremony is just wrong on so many levels.
