Yeah will do bro. Cool. That CrazyMother guy probably has lost internet and phone because of flooding or winds taking power out. The worst part of Hurricanes isn't always the initial impact but the aftermath, where you are fucked for light and water. If it's not life threatening it can still be a real drag. Everything shuts down for a bit. Worst I had was 12 weeks no power or water after Ivan, a devastating CAT 5. That sucked. Talk about fucking survival mate.

Fucking mental when you hear sirens and cop cars driving by in the street and loud megaphone voice in American accent saying "This is a mandatory evacuation order for all residents on the ground floor !" , "This is a mandatory evacuation order for all residents on the ground floor !". It's a bit like a Hollywood moment, especially when you had a few the night before, do you know what I mean? Anyway, I got the misses in the kitchen now cooking up some sweet chicken, so will step away for an hour. More updates to follow...

Hopefully not too bad, they are predicting strong winds @75mph and rain but not as bad as in North Carolina. The water up here is colder so that should weaken it.

Woke up to find there is mandatory evacuation of all ground floor units here. Got fucking hammered on brandy and such last night and about to have a fry up. Avec beans of course. Mostly all parked cars are off the street, looks like a ghost town. No winds or rain yet but we will be getting the outer bands shortly.

Last warnings from the police on their megaphones now, saying the flooding due to last several days, saying people should evacuate to shelter few miles up the road. More rain and wind has picked up abit in last 10 mins. It's midnight now. Tornado watch just been sounded and will remain until 5am.
