It seems to say they're posting out receipts for Stoke and Villa and you have to bring the receipt and your card.

I never noticed any mention of receipts when I was joining.

As for the exchange, am I right in saying it's only for season ticket holders who don't want to go and can get money off next season's season ticket?

Why don't they let anyone who's got a ticket for the match but can't go put it on the exchange?

Would that not stop so many ending up with the touts?

Nothing ever surprises me with the ticket office (sponsored by Fred Karno's circus). I just hope this post strike doesn't spread or there could be real problems here.

They've been doing the A4 paper and card routine for two years on the PTS, as this is just a larger PTS it's no shock.

How does this work? Do you take the receipt to a turnstile or are there huge queues at a ticket office?

Just thinking on, if you're still parking in the social club, we go back there to get the car after each game so I can just meet you afterwards with the card, or if all else fails, before Villa the week after.

I just went through the purchase process for the Burnley game. After i clicked 'confirm' the next page that tells you that you have finished didn't show up.

 

Will it have processed my application?

 

The "purchase history" doesn't show it yet. Should it show it by now?

pretty sure it will, as long as you've put in your card details and clicked submit it should go through

Took me one hour of constant re-dialling to get to the queue. And that's just for Burnley.

I had a couple of Kop tickets and the site crashed before i could pay for them. Took me another hour to get back while trying to ring through at the same time. Eventually got two in Lower Centenery. Absolute joke.

 

Irony is it should be easier for games against big teams if their true to their word with the loyalty thing.
