Have you seen our games against Luton and Toulouse? We have it in us to be utter tripe at times. It all depends on the team selection. If Klopp keeps it simple then we should win.

Not ideal all 3 of our fit senior centre halves all starting.

 

I can see why he feels Tsimikas needs a rest and options at left back are limited but with Matip fucked we could do without Gomez being needed to fill in as a left back.

 

Quansah of course looks like he may be a genuine option now - hopefully he is, but with Matip fucked and no Robbo and no real back up to TAA it does look a bit touch and go defensively - one more injury back there and it could be really awkward.

 

Anyway - just win please, boys.

It will often baffles me this, but it's not that uncommon that teams do it. There must be some method to it.

 

Perhaps they are concerned Pitaluga doesn't have much time on our bench and want him to get more experience, should either Adrian or Kelleher get a knock

The argument in the past has been that the team doesn't have an outfield player who is ready to be put on the pitch if needed (Guardiola may have made that argument) but given you're wasting a spot on a keeper who'll never get on the pitch anyway I don't get what difference it makes.
