PSG arent going to loan him out. They want a fee. If Mbappe doesn’t want to go anywhere or if Real won't pay the fee PSG are looking for, I think he he will stay there and go to Madrid for free next summer

At a guess its because they have the money to throw around and wanted to bid enough that RM couldnt come close to matching it, the value of another big addition to the sportwashing franchise far outweighs the drop in the saudi financial ocean it would cost them to sign him.
