Arsenal fans never learn.

Bobby Seagull: In the space of a few days, Arsenal are beating two most dominant forces of English football of recent years Liverpool & Man City. Dare I whisper it, are Arsenal back?! PS with Ole back at the wheel, are we witnessing late 90s United Arsenal again?

Fuck me, they've turned into a better version of Burnley with good strikers and now they're the bees knees?

Fucking hell, they've conceded about 2,000,000 shots in two games.

He's the maths guy who got famous getting to the final on University Challenge and got a travel series on BBC2 , not sure if he is a gooner.

Football is a funny old game. If Ourselves and City take our chances they get soundly beaten in the space of a few days and their fans would be screaming for Arteta's head. As it is they pull out two good/lucky defensive performances and slot the chances away at the other end and make a cup final.

Hard not to laugh at that bald fraud Guardiola and his cheating club....so....hahahahahaha

They'll struggle to get past Real and if they do Bayern or Barca will bum them, probably Bayern.

Had to watch this on a stream, Christ BT's commentary team are utter shite. Plus Sterling....dived to try and win a penalty then deliberately stuck his knee in Mustafi's thigh the dirty rat bag,

Arsenal fans getting very carried away. They could have quite easily been twatted in both games

Let them mate, they are in for a shock next season and they'll soon be giving us something to laugh about on fam tv.

For all that possession City had, think it was over 70%, they only had one of their 16 shots on target. Arsenal had 4 shots and they were all on target.

City could be experiencing the same problem as we are, take the stakes off the table and the intensity goes and you can't just easily switch it on again when you need to.

PSG have the same problem in Europe.

Hopefully the likes of Madrid and Juventus still having to fight for their leagues means they've got the momentum behind them to smash the blue mancs when the time comes.

City lost 7 league games of 28 prior to covid. City have lost 2 league games of 8 since. Statistically it is exactly the same. Its really just a continuation of their patchiness.

City have drawn or lost 8 league games against the top 6 this season. Stadiums full, stadiums not full .. hasn''t really mattered. That is a pretty fundamental problem, rearing its head again and again when they face half decent teams who won't fold like a pack of cards. To be honest they may well win the Champions League, but the smart money given that record is that they won't.
