Champions League bonus.

Means fuck all that. 1 good block in 88 games does not make him good.

Bjornebye was far from great but his crosses certainly where! Was it Fowler who said Stig has got the best left peg he has ever seen?

The funniest thing is that FSG have absolutely shutdown any doubters about their intent.  We had years and years of people whinging about them spending.  Klopp time and time again came out and said if he wants to spend money within reason then it’s their for him spend.

A couple of the more reasonable minded at the time said that it looked like Klopp felt he could qualify for the champions league with the players he had and didn’t want to blow loads of money on players that would need replacing in a years time when/if we qualified for the champions league and wanted to go to the next level and win the league/CL.  The club was haemorrhaging money on shite players every single year before he arrived.  He came in worked with what he had and then when we got to the champions league we went out and spent big money when it was necessary.

The other side of FSG in terms of the treatment of fans etc is obviously still up for debate but raging mongs like SD have had to shut up because they clearly are here to win the major trophies.

They've had the same philosophy from the start: buy young players or max in their mid-20's and build the side like that. It's just that now with Klopp and consistent Champions League football, we can now shop at the upper end of that market and we have a better chance that our top players that develop won't want to leave.

The philosophy has never been a problem but now they have the man leading who can maximize that strategy. The thoughts that they had this sinister plan and were sucking the club dry was always nonsense.

Great stuff.

Shaqiri getting quite a bit of love from the kids there too.

One of the girls towards the end looked quite distressed as she was singing the Mo song with some ominous presence lurking over her shoulder. She looked for a moment very scared and was almost ready to cry. Mean Mo! I think he turned it around when he asked if she was happy and a big nod was the result.

Shaq gets a share, like you say and so does Robbo. Shows how good he is that the left-back is one of the names that kids prefer. Even the Blue kid said he was fed up with seeing him run up and down the wing so much!

He fuels, like all Scottish do  - with with deep fried mars bars.

I heard he only drinks his own private vintage reserve Irn-Bru produced in the 90s before they took all the E-numbers out.

Stronger than any PEDs that stuff, used to get me proper off my barnet when I was a kid.

Talk that Moreno has been offered a new contract, he has said it has not been accepted and no move to another club has been agreed either. He wants to wait until January to see if a decision can be made.

Emery wants him at Arsenal and Sevilla are interested too apparently.

If we could sell him to Arsenal before Saturday that’d be great.

Like they'd agree to play him. He'd probably line up in the Liverpool team and try and score goals against Arsenal.

Park the bickering, lads.

Absolutely phenomenal signing in a position that's been a disaster for decades.

And that's speaking as somebody who'd have been more excited if we'd spent £40m on some -inho I'd never heard of in the position.

Someinho is a shit cunt and so are you for suggesting he replace Robertson.

Pure fewmin ere
