Besides porn obviously.

The only sites I ever really go on are:

The Liverpool Way

BBC Sport

Facebook

Twitter

NME

You Tube

That is pretty much it unless i'm buying stuff or looking for something specific. There has to be loads more decent sites to look at. What am I missing out on.

Considering its scope and size, the internet is remarkably generic and shite.

The biggest shopping site is still Amazon, all these years on, most news sites report the same stuff and have links at the bottom to: 'travel agents HATE this free holiday trick!' Etc.

In fact, the internet is the most overrated pile of shite in human history. Although I'd have loved Wikipedia in my school days, it was made for my lazy, last minute cramming ass.

They obviously won't all be to your taste, but there are loads of fucking brilliant websites with stuff to read and watch - Documentary List, Films For Action, Marxists Internet Archive, Hardcore History Library, World Socialist Website. Loads of interesting interviews and documentaries also on Democracy Now, RT, Al Jazeera, Tariq Ali, VICE, TED, etc. The i-player has loads of stuff archived as well - Panorama, Hardtalk, history docs, nature docs yadda yadda. Lots of other good forums too.

And obviously miniclip pool.

I read Slate for American news, it's gone off a bit in the last couple of years as the internet in general has moved towards clickbait, but it's still better than CNN or the like for stuff in the USA.

When I was younger I liked Cracked quite a bit, lot of list-based articles in a humourous style, but now I go back and read it and it's all a bit "meh."  Looking over my bookmarks most of the rest are similar to yours.

I can spend a morning looking for something to buy on Amazon, then i read the reviews and realise that the majority of people are idiots. Also, Wikipedia, you start off casually having a look at the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand by Gavrilo Princip in 1914 and twenty minutes later you're reading about Leerdammer cheese, with no idea of how you got there.

Jusy had a look through my "favourites" in work. Those two, Twitter, here, Trusted Reviews, Pimp that Snack, Telegraph Sport, Size and Evans Cycles are all saved. Strange collection, right there.
