So painfully sad that Nick Drake could commit suicide through a drug overdose at the tender age of 26 believing in his own mind he was a worthless failure when he was the complete opposite.

Edit; here's the original, it's a beautiful song,

Speaking of Nick Drake, here's a song from the Solid Air album by his friend John Martyn,

My mate text me yesterday to say he had a free ticket to go & see Kula Shaker last night, the gig was 5mins walk from my flat so I thought 'fuck it' & went along.

Fuck me, they are worse than I rembered.

I actually heard a single they did last year and thought it was ok but they never played it last night, it was all Govinda, Hey Dude & all their other cringeworthy 90s pish.

Jimi Hendrix & George Harrison must be turning in their graves.

Never knew that, John Martyn done some decent tracks particularly on that album I seem to recall .

Grace and Danger was another with some nice tracks on it too.

I actually quite like their first album went it was out, reminds me of a girlfriend I was seeing at the time, a time when everything seemed brilliant.

This year was definitely improved by the organisers finding a canny way to fuck the female category off. Couldn't stand another year of Annie Lennox singing Sweet Dreams or Adele singing/moaning into a glass of wine about some boy who dumped her in school.

That category was fucked off last year.

Adele won.
