Well-known legal expert Steve Bruce has seen all the evidence and reckons Ched is right to appeal.

Yeah, because all those wigs who have laughed every attempt at an appeal out of court have not acquainted themselves with case like he has. This is the man who once said that only a saddo would know all the rules of football!

No, you're quite wrong.

Convictions for rape are on NOT on 'probability', but 'beyond ALL reasonable doubt'.

For 'reasonable doubt', see 'probability'.

There are innocent people in prison who were stuck in the middle of a bad jury and in the middle of very shitty luck in terms of circumstance and probability.

I'm not saying Ched is innocent, but I'm not ruling it out. And if he IS innocent, then this persecution conducted by the BBC is disgusting. Why are they using tv licence money to chase someone who has served their sentence? Is this BBC policy now? Fucking leave him alone and let the clubs and their fans decide, don't go telling them what to think, that's over-stepping the mark.

If he's such a menace to society then he shouldn't be out of prison. If he's not, and he's served his sentence, then leave him alone or stand by the consequences of what he does in retaliation at some point.

Footballers being role models is such a weak argument, I'm not having a bar of it.

Giggs fucking his brothers missues

Terry fucking his mates missus and being racist

Redknapp bankrupting clubs and thieving money through agents

Gerrard smacking a DJ

Ashley Cole shooting a team mate with an air rifle

Balotelli doing various

Suarez doing various

Ferdinand taking drugs

Rooney fucking grannies

Various drink driving, assaults, sexism, gay-bashing, swindling

And then the owners of clubs with human rights violations, sexism, racism

And Ched Evans stands out, how? At least he's done some fucking time and paid some price for being a cunt. Even if he didn't do the crime, he's still likely a cunt. Throw him into the cunt-den of modern football, he'll fit like a glove.

It's fine for Gazza to go give a can of beer to a murderer, apparently that's 'ok' according to the BBC's Law of Football.

Hoping Rodgers swerves it, as the likelihood of Ched Evans being described as an outstanding technician, who has great hunger and never takes no for an answer could cause a bit of confusion.
