I thought when Rodgers arrived he was mad advertising Carroll for sale with no replacement lined up. Happy to admit I was wrong and his judgement was spot on. Every day spent persevering with him was a day wasted .

Read an article on Carroll by Carra a few weeks ago, and though he was sure to be balanced and it was no hatchet piece, he dropped in there how Biffa was far from a great trainer and there was barely ever a week he trained every day.

Yeah, I read that. Carra did his best to say that the price tag wasn't his fault, and he was young, but then basically calls him a serial piss artist who can't stick to a training regime. Essentially, what everyone assumed.

I think Everton will drop points before the city game while I expect arsenal to go on a run, hopefully arsenal drop points somewhere soon so Everton aren't out of the race when they play city.
